Brian is a senior associate with extensive experience advising clients on capital market transactions.
Brian advises clients primarily HKEx IPOs and bond offerings. He has worked on many HKEx IPOs, representing either corporates or investment banks, and drafted a large number of prospectuses.
Brian's experience includes advising:
- underwriters for Yuexiu Services Group Limited on its IPO and HKEx listing
- China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd on the listing of its global depositary receipts on the London Stock Exchange
- Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Ltd. on its IPO and HKEx listing
- Kingsoft Corporation Limited on its issuance of HKD3.1 billion 0.625% convertible bonds due 2025
- underwriters for AVIC International Holding Corporation’s issuance of USD 300 million guaranteed bonds due 2030
