Konstantin Hoerner
Konstantin is an associate in our Corporate practice in Frankfurt.
Konstantin focuses on advising the insurance industry, fund managers and asset managers on investments, investment processes, regulatory issues and the integration of sustainability and ESG considerations.
In addition, he supports clients in the establishment and structuring of funds, in the eligibility of investments for insurers and funds as well as in the distribution of funds in Germany and the EU. A particular focus of Konstantin is advising insurers and funds on ESG and sustainability issues, especially on the requirements of the EU's Sustainable Finance Strategy.
Background
Konstantin studied law and economics at the University of Mannheim and completed his legal clerkship in Kassel. Konstantin holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Stellenbosch.
