Matt Dulaney

Matt advises on corporate transactions, fund raisings, funds management, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He spans a number of sectors including real estate, infrastructure and financial services, with a focus on the property funds management industry. Matt has broad industry experience with fund related M&A transactions, formation and capital raisings across a range of investment fund vehicles, including real estate investment trusts, listed investment trusts, retail funds, institutional funds, private equity funds and alternative joint venture structures.

Prior to moving into the Corporate M&A and Funds Group, Matt was a tax solicitor. His background in taxation gives him an understanding and appreciation of tax structuring and the tax concessions available to collective investment vehicles.

Background

Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Economics and Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia. He is currently completing a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney.
