Sophie Dijoux

Sophie focuses on advising the insurance industry, fund managers and asset managers on investment processes regulatory issues and the integration of sustainability and ESG considerations.

She supports clients in the establishment and structuring of funds, in the eligibility of investments for insurers and funds as well as in the distribution of funds in Germany and the EU. A particular focus of Sophie is advising insurers and funds on ESG and sustainability issues, especially on the requirements of the EU's Sustainable Finance Strategy.

Background

Sophie graduated from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and holds a Master en Droit from the University Rennes I.  
During her legal clerkship, she worked, among others, for the corporate & commercial team of a leading Australian law firm in Sydney, as well as for the DG Competition of the European Commission in Brussel. She is fluent in German, French and English.
