For this reason, every two weeks, our firm has been publishing a tracker of ESG-related publications and developments, with a primary focus on developments that may be of most interest to or impact our clients, be they corporates, asset managers or asset owners.
Key updates covered in this edition include:
- The EC has announced it is calling for proposals for three projects, including for sustainable city planning in Ukraine.
- The Basque Country Parliament (Spain) has approved the Legislative Decree 1/2023 of 16 March, approving the consolidated text of the Law for Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Gender Violence against Women.
- The Autonomous Community of Andalusia has published Law 3/2023, of 30 March, on the Circular Economy of Andalusia.
