- The Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO) has launched the second edition of incentives scheme for unique and ground breaking renewable hydrogen projects;
- On 26 May 2023 the Spanish Law 12/2023, of 24 May, on Housing Rights entered into force; and
