PPPs and State aid

This report, prepared in cooperation with The European PPP Expertise Centre (EPEC), seeks to contribute to and stimulate discussions on public-private partnerships (PPPs) as well as to foster the diffusion of best practice in this area. The intention of the report is to be as straightforward as possible for PPP practitioners, cutting out some of the wider State aid framework, which is often of a technical legal nature, in order to focus on the key topics of relevance to PPPs.
