The reform of Spanish companies law 

Pablo García-Nieto, partner of the Corporate practice, offers an overview of the main changes that have been made to the Spanish Companies Law since it was approved in 2010. Due to the intensive reforms made to that law, companies have been forced to ensure that all their corporate documents have been properly adapted to the new provisions with the aim of protecting the interests of the shareholders and the companies themselves.
