Alix is an associate in our Corporate team in Paris.
Alix advises and assists clients on a wide range of public and private domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and on corporate governance matters.
She is admitted to the Paris Bar and is fluent in French and English.

Alix has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master in Business Law and Management from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas and a LLM in International Business Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
