Beatriz specialises in Spanish portfolio acquisitions and distressed debt/assets transactions and related financings. She is an experienced advisor for leading financial institutions and international investors with extensive experience in structuring and advising on the acquisition, sale and cross-border financing of portfolios of Spanish secured and unsecured loans, real estate and other assets. Beatriz is also an expert in Spanish mortgage market negotiable instruments and securities.
Beatriz's experience includes advising:
- Morgan Stanley as Arranger on the 2022 Clavel Residential RMBS, backed by a portfolio of Spanish mortgage participations
- an international investment bank, as lender, on the financing to TPG for the acquisition of Témpore Properties SOCIMI (Portfolio Yoda)
- an international investment fund, as sponsor, on the acquisition from SAREB of a portfolio of real estate assets through a Spanish securitisation vehicle - FAB) (Project Esla)
- an international investment bank, as lender, on the financing granted to a private capital investor for the acquisition of a Spanish NPLs portfolio from CaixaBank (Portfolio Yellowstone)
- an international investment bank, as lender, on the financing granted to a private capital investor for the acquisition of a Spanish NPLs portfolio from Banco Santander (Portfolio Talos)
