Mei Xian's practice is rooted in international dispute resolution. Mei Xian has also appeared at all tiers of the Malaysian Courts and has litigation experience in broad areas of law, in connection with complex civil and commercial disputes, and matters pertaining to contractual, intellectual property, land acquisition, and investment disputes.
Background
Mei Xian graduated from the University of London with First Class Honours in 2016. She was admitted as a Barrister-at-law (Middle Temple) in 2017 and was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.
Mei Xian is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and is proficient in Malay.
