Herbert Smith Freehills Paris LLP advises Gecina on its proposed public offer for Foncière de Paris

Herbert Smith Freehills Paris LLP is advising Gecina, a French real estate investment trust, on its proposed public offer for Foncière de Paris, a French listed real estate investment trust with a property portfolio comprising mainly offices located in Paris and its immediate surroundings.
