Ariel Lin

Ariel has extensive experience of advising a wide range of issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, particularly in the pharma and healthcare, education, consumer, TMT, financial services, property management and real estate sectors.

She also advises on general regulatory compliance matters for companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, including connected transactions, corporate finance transactions, inside information and corporate governance.

Background

Ariel is admitted in New York and New Jersey. She is a graduate of the Syracuse University's College of Law and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs graduating with a juris doctor and master's degree in economics, and also graduated with a bachelor's degree in international studies and business administration from Queens University of Charlotte in the United States.

Ariel is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English. She also speaks FooChow and Cantonese.
