Arthur is a member of the Corporate team based in our Paris office.
Arthur advises and assists clients on a wide range of public and private domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and on corporate governance matters.
Arthur is admitted to the Paris Bar and is fluent in French and English.
Background
Arthur graduated from ESSEC Business School with a Msc in Management and from la Sorbonne University with a Master in Business Law.
