Alessandra is a solicitor in our alternative legal services team, who is based in our Melbourne office.
Alessandra is a corporate solicitor supporting transactions relating to mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, asset management and commercial contracts. She works closely with clients and teams across the Herbert Smith Freehills global network, to deliver high quality support on domestic and international matters.
Alessandra is focused on combining technology and the law to provide clients with innovative, tailored, and cost-competitive solutions.
Alessandra is an Italian native speaker and is fluent in Spanish.

Alessandra holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Law from the University of Milan, a LPAB/LEC Diploma in Law from The University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Alessandra is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
