Ben was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2019. He has assisted clients in various sectors, such as aviation, industrial machinery and technology, media and telecommunications.
Ben's experience includes advising:
- Iveco and Fiat Chrysler in proceedings in the English High Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal in relation to follow-on damages claims stemming from the European Commission’s settlement decision in Trucks
- a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery in relation to jurisdiction issues arising out of a dispute concerning the international distribution of its products
- an international airline in relation to a dispute concerning the renting of aircraft
