Beth Tucker

Beth is an experienced corporate solicitor in the Alternative Legal Services' Corporate, Finance, Real Estate and Projects (Corporate and FREP) practice in Australia. She works closely with her colleagues across the Herbert Smith Freehills global network, to deliver high quality and bespoke legal solutions on domestic and international matters.

Beth is focused on combining technology and the law to create compelling value propositions for clients across a broad range of corporate legal services, including drafting and reviewing high volume commercial agreements and conducting due diligence. At ALT, Beth is focused on providing clients with innovative and cost-competitive solutions by developing efficient processes and utilising legal technology.

Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills in 2019, Beth was the Legal Operations Manager at a technology start up in San Francisco, USA. In this role, she lead the legal team in developing its operational strategy, mitigating inefficiencies and improving stakeholder relations.

Prior to this, Beth was an Associate at a large regional law firm in Victoria, Australia, where she focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and a broad range of general commercial matters. 

Background

Beth holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts degree (History and International Relations) from Deakin University.

Beth is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
