Brae Aslanidis

Brae works in the Private Equity and Venture Capital team. Among other things, Brae’s experience includes advising Australia’s leading private equity funds on their investments, with experience in management equity arrangements, legal due diligence, and foreign investment. 

Brae’s experience includes advising:
 

• CIMIC/UGL on its acquisition of IAS Group
• Mercury Capital on its US$1.3 billion sale of Australian Tech company MessageMedia to Sinch
• Apex Group Ltd's on its successful A$400 million acquisition of Mainstream Group Holdings Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement

Background

Brae holds a combined Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology.  She is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
