She leads a team of technologists who combine legal expertise, process efficiency and custom-built solutions to provide excellent value to clients.
As a leading legal technology professional, Chantelle specialises in advising on best practices for large scale document review exercises. This includes identification of potentially relevant structured and non-structured data sets, scoping early case assessment strategies and implementing appropriate advanced analytics including predictive coding and conceptual analytics to drive accuracy and efficiency.
In addition to managing UK civil litigation cases, Chantelle has worked on numerous investigations involving UK regulators (for example, Serious Fraud Office, Competition and Markets Authority and Financial Conduct Authority) and overseas regulators and authorities (US Department of Justice and Australian Securities and Investments Commission).
She has successfully implemented new global eDiscovery processes and procedures in order to offer a full follow-the-sun support model for our clients.
In addition to supporting contentious matters, she has also utilised technology for corporate teams, in particular for the due diligence phase of a transaction to classify contracts and visualize differences among versions of the same contract.
Ultimately, Chantelle is able to focus on managing legal costs for clients through the effective application of technology for a variety of used cases.

- a High Court Group Litigation in connection with a high profile class action brought in the English courts. Developing a customised workflow for seamless data transfer, searching and customising a review database to support a large-scale claims assessment review.
- requests under a Section 26 notice in a CMA investigation by providing rapid insights to big data within days.
- extracting relevant data in a very tight timeframe from several different jurisdictions to respond to a European Commission investigation.
- a large scale review for an energy client involving multiple parties and multiple issues for relevance. Providing guidance in relation to utilising Continuous Active Learning in order to cut off review.
- a global company on cyber incident response in relation to commercially sensitive and personal data loss which required consideration of employee notifications in a short timescale.
