David advises and assists clients on financing granted to companies, especially in the fields of project financing and corporate financing.
He is also involved in syndicated financing and debt restructuring.
Background
Before joining HSF Paris in January 2023, David worked in a French law firm and held multiple internships in major law firms in Paris.
David graduated from HEC Paris with a MS/LLM in Law and International Management.
He also graduated from the University of Strasbourg with a Master II in Banking and Finance and from Sciences Po Strasbourg.
He is a member of the Paris bar.
David is also a member of HEC Alumni.
