Emily specialises in commercial property matters across a variety of industry sectors.

Emily has extensive experience advising corporate and government clients on a range of real estate matters throughout Victoria and Australia.

Emily’s primary focus is on commercial property matters including acquisition and disposal of commercial, industrial and retail properties, negotiation of commercial contracts, commercial and retail leasing, and property development projects. Emily also advises on land assembly for major infrastructure projects throughout Victoria, including compulsory land acquisition matters.

Emily’s recent experience includes advising:

Coles on its establishment of autonomous fulfilment distribution centres for Coles Online, including advising on arrangements with the technology provider and complex AFL and Lease negotiations with the developer
Vicinity on the acquisition and disposal of various shopping centre assets throughout Australia, including its 2018 disposal of a portfolio 11 shopping centres valued at over $600 million
Rail Projects Victoria on all aspects of land assembly required for the Metro Tunnel and Regional Rail Link projects, including advising on oversite development opportunities for the Metro Tunnel project
Toll Group on the sale and leaseback of industrial assets throughout Australia and the leasing of its portfolio of industrial and commercial premises throughout Australia
