- The underwriting banks (including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and UBS) in relation to the £4 billion IPO of Petershill Partners plc on the London Stock Exchange
- Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and JP Morgan, as well as UBS and BNP Paribas as joint bookrunners, in relation to the £4.0 billion initial public offering of Petershill Partners on the London Stock Exchange
- Barclays as sponsor in relation to the London Stock Exchange's $27 billion acquisition of Refinitiv plc
- Saga plc in relation to a placing and open offer raising approximately £150 million
- WH Smith plc in relation to a £165 million equity placing in 2020 and an equity placing in connection with the $400 million acquisition of Marshall Retail Group in 2019
- HSBC as sponsor in relation to Phoenix Group Holdings' £3.2 billion acquisition of ReAssure Group
- Phaunos Timber Fund in relation to the takeover offer by Stafford Capital Partners
- The underwriting banks in relation to the €12 billion IPO and listing of Allied Irish Banks on the Irish Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange
Background
Henry joined the firm in 2016 and qualified in 2018. Henry holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Nottingham. During his time as a trainee, he spent six months on secondment in our Seoul office.
