James advises clients on a range of corporate and private equity real estate transactions, including indirect corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, minority/majority structured investments, real estate investment platforms, management co-investments, forward funds and solvent/insolvent reorganisations.

James' career began in Western Australia, where he trained as a general corporate lawyer. James has also spent time working as a corporate and private equity/hedge fund lawyer in the Cayman Islands.
