She has worked on disclosure reviews and claims assessments. Since joining HSF she has pre-dominantly worked as a case assessor specialising in large-scale dispute resolution and remediation schemes.

Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and has extensive experience in claimant litigation.

Since joining Herbert Smith Freehills in January 2022, Jennifer has developed experience of:

• large-scale disclosure exercises
• large-scale claims assessment review involving detailed analysis of claim merits

Background

She has over 10 years of experience in civil litigation, starting her legal career as a Legal Assistant for a high-street Personal Injury Firm in 2012. She qualified in 2015.
