Lucía has experience in advising both national and international clients on the acquisition of real estate in Spain, urban planning discipline procedures, and analysis of real estate and urban planning contingencies in the development of photovoltaic projects.

He also has experience in drafting lease agreements, surface rights and property management agreements.

Lucía has a double degree on Law and a Business Administration awarded by the IE University. She also has a double master on access to the legal profession and legal advice awarded by the same institution.
