Marijana's experience includes:
- a secondment at Coles Group Limited, advising on separation of services agreements, negotiating new contractual arrangements and various IPO related issues in the lead up to their ASX listing
- advising Riverside on the acquisition of Alpha-H (an Australian based skincare brand)
- advising the Kinetic Group on assorted business and share acquisitions
- advising DuBois Chemicals Inc on the purchase of Prowash Australia
Background
Marijana holds a Bachelor of Arts (majors in Criminology and Psychology), a Diploma in Languages (French) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.
Marijana is admitted to practise in Victoria and in the High Court of Australia.
