Megan Driscoll
Megan is a solicitor in the Disputes practice, specialising in class actions.
Megan has worked on a number of high profile, large-scale class actions in the Victorian Supreme Court and the Federal Court. She has particular expertise in the government space.
Megan was a finalist in the Women in Law Awards in 2019 in the Rising Star: In-House (including government) category. She was nominated in recognition of her work as part of a team representing a Commonwealth agency in expedited High Court proceedings in 2019 and for her involvement in the Women Lawyers Association of the ACT as a mentor.
Megan’s litigation experience includes working in teams acting for government bodies in significant class actions.
Background
Megan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Megan was associate to the Honourable Justice Davies of the Federal Court. She previously worked in government as a litigator.
