Orla advises a range of clients across a number of different sectors on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including transactions, disputes and strategic HR advice.
Orla has particular experience of Employment Tribunal claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and worker status. Orla, working closely with colleagues across the firm, also advises on the employment elements of sophisticated M&A transactions.
Orla also supports the firm's significant pro bono practice, advising individuals who would not otherwise be able to access legal advice.
