Shikara Singh

Shikara is a Senior Lawyer in the Alternative Legal Services (ALT) Corporate Johannesburg team and is focused on providing high-demand and technology augmented legal services, such as high-volume document review and contract management, in a quality driven manner. 

Shikara has a corporate and commercial foundation, having served her articles at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr.

Shikara has supported global mandates in conducting legal due diligence reviews, as well as providing legal project management services, and is building expertise in data privacy with a specific focus on GDPR and EU-centric data protection issues prevalent in contract reviews and managed legal services.

Background

Shikara holds a bachelor of laws and an LLM (Business Law) from the University of Kwa–Zulu Natal.
