Sofia Ricasoli Firidolfi is an Associate in our Corporate Crime and Investigations practice in Milan.
Sofia collaborates in providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to Italian and multinational individuals and companies on white-collar and corporate crime matters.
A substantial part of her activities concerns compliance issues in relation to anti-corruption regulations and corporate liability (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001). In this regard, she also provides secretarial services for the Supervisory Boards of several companies.
In her experience, she has participated in several internal investigations, including a few across multiple jurisdictions.
Background
Sofia graduated in Law (cum laude) from the University of Milan in 2020, with a thesis in Criminal Procedure Law.
Enrolled in the Registry of Trainees of the Milan Bar since 2020, before joining Herbert Smith Freehills she worked with a renowned Italian law firm (2019-2022).
