Tobias is an associate in our Corporate practice in Düsseldorf.
Tobias advises national and international companies, financial investors and family-owned businesses in relation to complex cross-border corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate law issues.
Tobias's experience includes advising:
- Deutsche Lufthansa on the sale of the Europe Business of LSG Group to airline caterer gategroup
Background
Tobias graduated from the law school of the Westphalian Wilhelms-University in Münster. During his legal traineeship at the Regional Court Münster, he worked for leading national law firms in Düsseldorf.
He is also a certified judicial officer.
