Victoria is an associate in the energy and infrastructure practice in the Madrid office.

Victoria's experience includes: 

  • Consorcio Español Alta Velocidad Meca Medina, formed by Spanish leading rail and construction companies such as Abengoa/Inabensa, ACS/Cobra, Adif, Imathia, Indra Sistemas, Ineco, OHL, Patentes Talgo y Renfe, among others, on all legal aspects of the construction of the superstructure, systems installation, maintenance, rolling stock procurement and operation of the Haramain High-speed Railway (HHR) project Phase II, which links the two holy cities of Makkah and Medinah via Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. This is the biggest international contract ever won by Spanish companies and the first construction of a high-speed AVE (Alta Velocidad Española) line outside Spain
  • a leading independent fund management company on the potential disposal of up to six Spanish PPP projects to a single buyer, within the transport and healthcare sectors
  • a private equity firm on the disposal of 65 petrol stations, by means of the transfer of 100% of the share capital of Petrocorner Retail and Kingbook Inversiones to BP Oil España
  • DIF on the acquisition of 100% of the concessionaire of Hospital de Vallecas in Madrid, Spain

 

Background

She has a degree in Law and a diploma in Business law by the Universidad Pontifica Comillas (ICADE) in Spain, and also holds a Master's degree in law granted by the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in Spain.

Before joining the firm as junior associate, she completed a one-year and five-month internship in the Madrid office (10-months full-time) and did internships in other renowned firms while combining it with her years of career training.

She speaks Spanish and English.
