Will is an associate in the real estate team based in London.
Will has been at the firm for 4 years. He trained at HSF (with six months spent on secondment to the M&A team at Willis Towers Watson) and qualified as an Associate in March 2020. Will divides his time between the real estate and corporate real estate teams, and advises clients on the property and corporate aspects of high-value property sales and acquisitions, asset management, restructurings, developments and joint ventures.
Will's experience includes advising:
- an American real estate private equity firm on the purchase of a 25% stake in Salesforce Tower, London
- a 50/50 joint venture between an Australian investment bank and a British developer in relation to the acquisition of multiple tranches of significant portfolios of retirement properties in the United Kingdom
- Brookfield on the development and pre-letting of 100 Bishopsgate, London
- Citigroup on their COVID-19 response, ongoing asset management and re-development arrangements
Background
Will read History at Christ's College, Cambridge and graduated with a 2:1 in 2016. He was subsequently awarded a Distinction in both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course from BPP University.
