She has experience across a wide range of industries and sectors including infrastructure, real estate and property development, and finance.

Ayu received a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. She is qualified to practise in Victoria, Australia. An Indonesian citizen, she is fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin.
