Caroline is an Associate in our Competition, Regulation and Trade practice in our Düsseldorf office.

Caroline advises companies in all areas of German and EU competition law. She focuses in particular on complex merger proceedings with the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission.

Background

Caroline graduated from the University of Bielefeld and Düsseldorf. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf, she gained experience in antitrust law at two leading international law firms as well as at the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt). She had already worked in our Düsseldorf office before joining us as an Associate.
