Erica has experience acting for both borrowers and lenders, including clearing banks, financial institutions, alternative lenders, debt funds and sponsors, on a wide variety of real estate based financings. She regularly advises on both investment and development facilities, often across multiple jurisdictions, on both a syndicated and bilateral basis.
