Leo is a Senior Associate in our Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Finance team in London.
Leo advises sponsors and financiers on complex energy, natural resources and infrastructure finance transactions internationally and in the UK. Leo has a particular emphasis on counselling clients in the mining sector, having acted on the financing of a number of projects across Africa, Asia and Europe.
Leo also has significant experience in project development, acquisition and structured finance and regulatory matters.
Background
Leo graduated from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Leo was based in the Singapore office of another international law firm (2016 to 2019).
