Meghan is an Associate with experience advising both public and private sector clients on energy and infrastructure projects and complex public procurements.
Prior to joining the Corporate Energy team at HSF, Meghan's experience includes:
- advising Aberdeen City Council in relation to the procurement of a hydrogen production and distribution facility
- acting as part of a cross-disciplinary team advising the Scottish Futures Trust in relation to the Scottish Hospitals Inquiry
- advising various Scottish local authorities on the development of landfill-ban compliant residual waste solutions and providing associated drafting support
- acting for Hydro Ludens Limited in relation to a Scottish hydroelectricity project financing
