Samantha is a Senior Associate in the Disputes team focused on class actions, financial services litigation and regulatory investigations.

Based in Sydney, Samantha has broad experience advising and acting in complex litigation and regulatory investigations for Australia’s largest financial institutions and corporations.

Samantha has undertaken two secondments to the in-house legal and regulatory teams of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where she advised on regulatory compliance, disputes and general corporations law issues.
