- Damson Capital in connection with shareholder arrangements for, and its indirect investment in, Westbike, an intracity logistics business based in Indonesia, following the restructuring of Westbike’s holding company to Singapore
- Genting on its purchase of a mixed-use development project from Sentul City and its proposed joint venture relating to that real estate with Dali Land
- the Kansai Electric Power Company on its strategic alliance with Medco Power Indonesia in relation to a portfolio of thermal power plants (both operational and in development) in Indonesia
- Korea National Oil Corporation on its acquisition of shares in Korea GS E&P from GS Holdings, a South Korean holding company for the GS Energy Group.
